Based alongside our busy café in Canton, Green Shoots provides a stimulating atmosphere, interaction with the public and soft skill development. There is also the opportunity to achieve formal qualifications linked to training through Open College Network (OCN) accreditation.

As with all our training opportunities a personal development plan is agreed with each trainee based based on their interests, skills and aspirations which identifies training needs and development areas along with career goals they wish to work towards.

Our mentoring scheme offers continual support to the individual and bridges the gaps between services ensuring a smooth progression to the next stage of their career progression.
